Yes. All awburn candles are hand-poured in small batches.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. awburn products are vegan and cruelty-free and are not tested on animals.
What ingredients do you use?
awburn candles are made with soy wax, fragrance oils formulated for candle use, and clean-burning wicks. Ingredients are chosen with care and intention.
How long do your candles burn?
Approximate burn times:
4 oz: up to 25 hours
8 oz: up to 50 hours
Burn time may vary depending on usage and environment.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface. Never burn for more than 4 hours and never leave unattended.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. awburn ships within Canada and the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of candles and wax products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help.
Will you be adding more products?
Yes. There are future plans to expand into additional all-natural bath and body products.
Why does my candle look slightly different?
Natural wax and hand-pouring can cause minor variations in appearance. This is normal and does not affect performance.
